Spam calls ?? Should I do something about it ?

Hi.
Today I received 7 calls from similar numbers (514)-501-****
Last 4 digit were different every time.
All calls I answered to were silent for 2 or 3 seconds then it was hanging up.
I answered the first 3 calls before I noticed a pattern. Then 4 remaining calls I didn't answer at all.
I also received 2 robot calls from "the Canadian government" ... Yeah right.
I'm more concerned about the 7 silent calls. Could it be an attempt to hack my line / sim card ?
Should I do something about it ?

On my knowledge they cannot hack your line with a call and you cannot do much to block the,

When I receive a spam call, I block the number right away. I kept getting s from the same numbers so this reduced those calls a bit

Fizz cannot block any number. But your phone can, just report it as spam. You phone will hide the number your block the next time they call you.

They cant hack your line.
It's just spoofing caller ids.
To hack your line he need your sim, or a copy of the sim with the same ID in the data area of the sim so the provider can recognize it as you.
But it's like impossible in quebec.

Hi Phillipe !
I got 4 spam calls today too ( with voicemails ) all of them silent.
I blocked all the numbers on my device so hopefully this will not be a regular thing.
I was connected to the free wifi from work when I got the calls, I wonder if there is a link ??
