Why can't I change my PIN to access my voicemail?

I'm trying to activate my voicemail, but I forgot my PIN. I tried to change my PIN in the Advanced Parameters --> PIN to Access my Voicemail, but when I enter 4 digits (that aren't a simple combination) it doesn't work and tells me to enter 4 digits again.

I tried now and I did not have any problem
Try to change the pin with a different number or change the browser

Did you get a text with your voicemail pin when you joined Fizz? Search fizz in your old text messages.
