    Do you have your own router? Because sometimes the modem isn't that great with speed and range.

    Have you tried to reset your modem?
    Please insert a pin into the reset button for about 35,40 seconds located back in the center of your modem.
    Released the button after it, wait 3,4 minutes to see the lights of the modem coming back.
    If your computer is connected with an ethernet câble, you'll see oon the screen: Easy Connect.
    Types twice the factory password (back of your modem.
    Your internet connexion is supposed to work perfectly at this moment.
    Just reconnect all your devices to your wi-fi network.
