Try to turn off the modem for 5 minutes
Did you try the speed with fizz's app or a computer connected directly to the modem with an ethernet cable
The problem can be from the wifi

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
have you rebooted the modem? You could try that. If that doesn't work, you could contact fizz directly to find out what the problem is.
Do you have your own router? Because sometimes the modem isn't that great with speed and range.

Have you tried to reset your modem?
Please insert a pin into the reset button for about 35,40 seconds located back in the center of your modem.
Released the button after it, wait 3,4 minutes to see the lights of the modem coming back.

Types twice the factory password (back of your modem.
Your internet connexion is supposed to work perfectly at this moment.
