Hello, I have received the router yesterday, now suddenly the router turned off and I could not restart it.. what is the solution?

Mohamad try ti restart the router. Unplugged it few minutes. Check if everything well plugged in your wall and the coaxial too.
If everything still doesn’t work contact the employees. Chat with Fizz is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.

Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.

Mohamad contact the employees they will check everything with you. You can go with Facebook too if you prefer.5

And look for the little green chat bubble in the lower right corner of the link. The chat bubble is currently there, you will get a quick response from technical support.

Follow Lieux step.. and contact the team if it's not working.. it might be a problem with the router5

Mohamed, probably the modem is broken, I am embarrassed to ask this, but the support will ask to do this test.
Can you please try to plug in a different power outlet, preferable in a different room?

You can always contact the Fizz's support directly by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -
That’s kinda weird. Best bet would be to contact fizz1

Contact Fizz support. They may replace the router in such case1
