What to do if someone else has the same phone number as me?
I bought a phone plan and a SIM, chose a phone number among those Fizz presented to me. I activated my SIM, configured my phone and I tried sending text messages. That's when I realized that someone else had the same number as me. The texts my friends sent to me wouldn't all go to me: some of them went to someone else, and that someone else could answer my friends, as if it came from my number. What do I do?

It should be impossible, contact the support in order to investigate the problem
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.12 -

Contact support and change your number.
Hopefully that doesn’t happen once again.11
