Unstable mobile internet connection.my phone is samsung A50 and i can not even make a whatsapp call.

Probably you are in a zone with a poor signal, I do not have problem with mine
Did you enable 3G/4G from the configuration?
Can you tell use the signal level?

I'm thinking you may be in a zone where the signal isn't very strong. Have you tried with a different phone to see if that's the problem?7

I think tx/rx in your docsis signal have failure. Ask a support rep to have a technician testing the cable.

You are in 3G, maybe poor signal or incorrect APN settings.7

I see on your screenshot that you are using 3G. At that bandwidth, the results you are getting are relatively normal. To get a much better speed and stability, enable LTE.2

Try to restart your modem. If it does anything it probably means that you are in a zone of poor wifi. Also try on another phone.1
