    Rick if you want to stay with Fizz and keep your internet service at your home ( I understand that you want to move to the south of America??) you will need to pay for it. You can choose a cheaper plan until you will be at home again.

    Moving your service is very simple. I have done that twice.
    1- Log into your Fizz account and click on My plans.
    2 - Select your internet plan and click on Manage my plan.
    3 - Click on Moving my service.
    4 - Follow the instructions. You’ll have to:
    validate the availability of the Fizz Home Internet service at your new address;
    confirm your new plan;
    schedule your installation appointment at your new address;
    confirm your deactivation date at your current address.
    Don’t forget to bring your Fizz Wi-Fi modem with you at your new service address.

    You can change your address in Manage my plan. However, make sure that you are moving to a zone where Fizz offers service.

    Hi Rick,

    Where South? If you mean South Shore, you should be fine.
    "Fizz Home Internet is currently available to many residential addresses in Quebec and Ontario."

    1 - Log into your Fizz account and click on My plans.
    2 - Select your internet plan and click on Manage my plan.
    3 - Click on Moving my service.
    4 - Follow the instructions. You’ll have to:
    - validate the availability of the Fizz Home Internet service at your new address;
    - confirm your new plan;
    - schedule your installation appointment at your new address;
    - confirm your deactivation date at your current address.

    Don’t forget to bring your Fizz Wi-Fi modem with you at your new service address.

    If you meant south like Florida or outside of Quebec, then no you will not be able to use Fizz Home Internet. In this case, you will need to unsubscribe and return the modem to Fizz.

    But which south are we talking about here? Montreal, Florida, Colombia, Argentina?
    If the south is Montreal. So here's how to do it
    1 Log into your Fizz account and click on My plans.
    2 Select your internet plan and click on Manage my plan.
    3 Click on Moving my service.
    4 Follow the instructions. You’ll have to:
    - validate the availability of the Fizz Home Internet service at your new address;
    - confirm your new plan;
    - schedule your installation appointment at your new address;
    - confirm your deactivation date at your current address.
    Don’t forget to bring your Fizz Wi-Fi modem with you at your new service address.
    But if it is one of the other destinations mentioned above, Fizz does not offer service in its regions;)

    If you decide to move to the south shore of Mtl.
    If Videotron câble is available in this area, you'll be able to get a Fizz internet plan.
    You can do this moving online.
