can you install Fizz internet and Videotron cable?

I want to thank Mike for answering all my previous questions.
I finally installed Fizz Internet 15Mbps
Here is the summary:
- My appointment was btw 7:30 and noon.
-I tried the chat with Fizz staff to see if the tech was still coming that day, as it was already 1PM and he never showed up, but they are useless.Don't waste your time with them.
- The videotron tech showed up at my door at 2:30 pm !!!! Business conduct as usual with those techs
- The tech wanted to come in and install my Fizz modem, told him no need I can do it myself, not getting Covid in my house.
- Removed my videotron modem, installed the Fizz modem, all in 10 minutes, no glitch!
- Configured the Fizz modem to use my own WiFi router in 2 minutes, no glitch!
- Testing the speed throughout the house, getting 16-17 Mbps, awesome!
Here are my recommendations:
- Rely on the moderators, like Mike in the community forum, knowledgeable and super responsive.
- Fizz is good, Videotron (parent company of Fizz) is bad, go figure. Marketing I guess.
- Videotron cable TV and Fizz internet coexist nicely, since same company at the end of the day!
- The FIZZ WiFi is not powerful enough, use your own WiFi router if you have a big house.
