Call-forwarding, 0 minutes in plan

If I have a plan with no minutes, will call-forwarding to another number still work? Or will calls just get "cut" when entering?

    No, you need to pay the minutes used

    No you can't.
    You need to put money in your wallet and pay per usage or buy an add-on for calls in your account..
