No internet issue?

I try to connect my laptop to internet and it keeps on saying No internet. All the other devices are getting connected except the laptop. Kindly help. Thank you.

Hi Vishwagna,

You may have entered the password incorrectly. Try editing the connection properties.
If unable, remove/delete it from your laptop and add it back again with the correct info.

Did you try with an Ethernet cable plugged into your laptop directly to the modem?

Take note that you must enter the correct password of your Fizz wi-fi connexion

Should be an issue with the laptop, not the internet.

Hi..it’s an office laptop and i had to login to cisco..it worked anyway..thanks for yur response..

Vishwagna, glad you got it to work.

Office laptops tend to have an added layer of security software. If you're within reach of the modem, you can use an ethernet cable to connect directly to the modem without having to authenticate with your wifi password.
