    Hi Cosmin

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
  • Dunno. I had iPhone 4s and it was not possible to connect to fizz 3G...

    cosmin,
You can chat with them from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    Click on this link:
    https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-an-unlocked-phone
Click on the green chat bubble when you see it down to the right of the page.
  • It should be compatible but it's better to double check with Fizz
  • You could simply mainly check the bands covered by a said phone. My phone (Honor 9X) is the international version or something, if I remember correctly. The international version of smartphones are always much cheaper, but they work the exact same (only the data bands are more set to suit most of every countries).
My phone is working perfectly with the data bands offered by Fizz.
So, what I'm saying is : don't buy an overpriced phone targetted at Canada, when you can buy the same thing for about half the price but in an international version.
(and also, also verify the data bands supported by the phone)
  • There is a list of phones that are not compatible on fiZz website, just check it out!
