Is there a way to setup a popup when a new question is posted?
Or I have continuously to check all the sections of the forum?

No, you need to monitor the section, it will be refresh every 30-60 seconds, or you can force it:(

No you have to look for them manually. The only way you can get emails is if you answered a question and chose to follow it.
