How do I get an international plan for when I travel to Europe for 3 weeks?

I am going to Europe for 3 weeks and need to be able to make calls and send texts. I cannot find the page I need to make an international plan.
I clicked on "Travel" and it just brought me to the Canada/US plans page, which is not what I need. Can someone please help me?

You can’t use your plan when you will be in Europe...but you can buy a Sim and a plan from there and it will be cheaper check with Free mobile.
