A suitable early date is not available for self installation. Can I pick up the modem earlier by visiting your facility?

    first of all the technician need to connect you from the outside.
    so the technician needs to bring you the modem you can try online to see if you can change the date but otherwise you will need to wait for the installation date that is scheduled

    No you cannot, the Videotron technician have modems in their truck and will bring it to you when activating your service.

    It's frustrating when you need internet service and can't have it soon enough...
    Unfortunately the technician will bring the Modem/Router and verify the Cable signal in your dwelling.
    You might even ask him to extend the cable...

    This technician install a câble if it's needed, check the signal of the connexion and bring you the modem.
