My card got declined because i went over in the last month. How long do i have to pay until they cut the internet from my apartment?

Hi Ben,
If your renewal is tonight and your payment was rejected, your service can be cut end of day today.
You will need to take action before 10 p.m EST tonight

Only one last attempt will be made between 10 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. on the day preceding your plan’s anniversary date to collect the amount due.
If your payment fails once again, your plan will be deactivated, and you will be notified. You will be informed of the two steps to complete (in this order) to reactivate your service, those being:
Check your payment method: Is your payment method up to date? If you need to add a new one, make sure to set it as the default payment method for your plan.
Make a payment now: Once your default payment method is all set and up-to-date for this plan, look for the Make my monthly payment button in your account. This will trigger a payment attempt, and your service will be reactivated once the payment is confirmed.
Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.

I use a Capital One card and it takes 5 days for the payment to go through. I made the payment to my CC and now have to wait 5 days. How do i contact Fizz to update them on this? Number? Email? etc6

Unfortunately since the service is prepaid, I believe contacting Fizz will be a waste of time.
Your 2 options are:
- Find an alternative method of payment (could be temporary prepaid card, or family/friend's card)
- Or contact Capital One to explain the situation. Perhaps they will help to approve the transaction or be able to grant you a credit increase.6 -

Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat (from 8h00 to 21h00) for help.
If your payment is not done, your internet plan will be blocked the day of the renewal of your billing cycle.
If you can add a pre-paid credit card refillable from a canadian bank, it can be accepted by the billing system of Fizz.
