I was charged for my internet plan on July 9, but the installation is on July 24. I have not been benefiting from my plan, so why was I already charged? When I prepared my plan on fizz.com it said I wouldn't be charged before the installation.
Is it that I paid the first month and won't be charged next month?

Your first monthly payment will be charged to your credit card the day you subscribe.4 Your monthly payment cycle, however, will start with the delivery of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem.
Thanks to pre-authorized payments, you’ll always know exactly how much your Home Internet plan will cost for the upcoming month. The amount will be automatically billed to your credit card every month, 24 hours before the date that you received your Fizz Wi-Fi modem.

Fizz is a pre-paid service.
When you subscribe to the Fizz internet plan, the first montly payment is paid by credit card but the activation of your montly plan will start the day of your installation by the technician, the 24th.Your billing cycle will begin the 24 of each month.
Your second monthly payment will be taken august 24th.

These answers are correct. I was wondering the same thing when I first subscribed to fizz internet, but the plan only started when I received the modem.
