Tried that ! Rebooted modem every 30 mins. Not connecting to internet. I'm connected to Wi-Fi, but no internet present.9

If are on, try a factory reset
If you want to re-enable the Wi-Fi capability of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem, you'll need to reset it to its factory settings by holding down the reset button on the back of the device for ten (30) seconds.
If at least one is off or flashing contact the support since it means that you have a problem with the signal9 -

Not having all the light on is a bad sign. You could try to close the model a few minutes, unplug the coax also and try to replug it.
When all those thing are done, you are ready to call support, because it could be a network outage or that the modem need replacement.
