My Wi-Fi constantly drops out during work calls. The speed is fast when connected. I’m not sure if I should change my air fairness or band steering settings? Please help!

First of all,
1 - I would try another computer to see if the problem is the same.
2 - Try to go near your wifi see if this improve thing
3 - Try to go wire instead of wifi to see if thing improve.
I would also try to do a internet speed test to each of the steps. Did you reboot it, sometimes router performance degrade over time.
Otherwise, it might be hardware and I would seek support after that.9 -
You might want to try using your own router. My connection has been more stable since I started using my own. I followed the instructions here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-i-use-my-own-wi-fi-router-fizz8

First thing you need to check it´s your reception level, second you need to understand if this problem happen with all devices, if it´s just your computer the problem may be located in your computer. I would also try change the channels to understand the behavior of this problem using different channels.6

Might want to use an app on your phone to see how many routers are in your range and which WiFi channel they are on, then switch your channel to a less congessed one.6

The answers here are pretty good. Make sure that the problem is not your phone or computer (by trying the wifi with another device). I’ve heard a few complaints about the router from fizz, so maybe you’ll need to get a better router.
As for band steering, you could try different channels and see what works best. There is no one channel that is better, it really dependa on what channel other people use near you.5 -
I don't think the problem come from your side. Speak with a Fizz agent5
