The coverage has been changed to "Canada + USA". But I still cannot call US phone numbers. Why?

Did you enable the international call in your profile
You also need to activate the International calls option of your plan. To do so:
1- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2- If there is more than one plan on your account, scroll to the plan you wish to change.
3- Click on Manage and choose Advanced parameters.
4- Next to No International calls, slide the radio button to Off.6 -

For any plan changes, you have to wait until your next renewal date for the changes to be effective.
In the meantime, if you need to call USA, you can buy a calling add-on
- $6 for 60 minutes of US international calling time
Or put money in your Fizz wallet for pay-as-you-go calling

If international calls option is set in your account dashboard it's should be work. Try to restart your phone, or try to contact fizz directly to see whats happen. I think there a problem in Fizz database about your plan.
