Clicking hearts and Kudos tracking ?

I understand that you get points for liking questions and answers.
Is there a way for you to see who liked your question or answer (social media style) ? Or they just add up and that’s it.
Also is there a time limit before you can like a post ?
It seems you cannot like older post. Anyone as details?

Nope you cannot see who liked your post (unless you monitor/check the activity on the main page under the section: "Leaderboard & Activity").

There is no time limit to give kudos to posts. But only the first 20 you give per day will earn points. You also have to be connected/logged on give kudos.
