Recurring billing issue - anyone else?

I have been facing an extra 5 dollars of payment issue because of erroneous sub totalling in my payment receipts ever since I joined. Although the support team refunds me the amount everytime I raise a complaint, I still lose on the tax amount every month. Anyone else face such an issue? Any tips to resolve?

Hi, we are customers like yourself. For payment issues like erroneous sub totalling and overpayment of tax amount, you will have to mention these to Fizz customer service. Hopefully they can have a permanent fix for your soon.11

I would also make sure to request a refund of the tax amount as well...9

I've got charged twice in the past by the Fizz billing system but i've been refunded for the complete amount ten days later.
Contact the Fizz customer service by chat if there is some problems for a complete refund with the taxes.8 -
