No wifi connection?

Hi, my wifi was working perfectly intil a guy came to instal the internet for the downstairs neighbor. I dont know what to do! I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the box but no connection. The lights are on with the 2.4G and the down arrow is flashing. What do i do?

Contact the support, I believe that he did something to your cable, since the flashing arrow meaning that you do not have signal on the coaxial cable
here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

The technician have disconnected your cable, or broken it.
Ask for a technician with a support rep. There no signal on your modem/router.

Hey, are you also on rue d’iberville? I have the exact same problem.
I saw a videotron employee messing around with the control panel on the side of the building.
Could you tell me if you where succesful reachibg out? I just can’t make the chat bubble appear5
