It’s not always easy to see the chat bubble...sometimes if too much people are connected you must wait a little while and try again..
The best way to contact fizz on mobile device is by facebook.

Going through Facebook Messenger is faster for me
I've had to contact Fizz a few times but never once seen the chat on the website available (even though I was logged in). Facebook has been pretty good at helping me but the response time isn't likely as fast as live chat.
