Last week no one came to the appointment I had for the installation. I want to reconfirm tomorrow's appointment I have between 7:30-12 pm. Will they actually show up this time?

They are suppose to come if you are appointement is confirmed, last week is suppose to be an exception

Normally, the tech show up. It's could be an issue with another client installation, take more time.
If the technician is not here tommorow, ask a fizz rep.

Normally, your apointment for your internet installation by the technician is supposed to be respected.
It doesnt happen every time.
