Yes with the 120Mbps plan, you can have 20 Mbps4

Sure can be improved. go to your Fizz account web page and change the speed you want. It will be activated on the first day of your next billing cycle.6

With cable internet, you always get slower upload speeds due of the thechnicals specs of the system. If you need very fast uploads, your only choice is the optic fiber up to the home (FTTH)5

The maximum upload speed right now is 20mbps with the 120mb download speed.
Fizz have asked some customers about need speeds, but we don't have the information right now.
