    It depends on your availability. When you register for Internet service, you will be shown a calendar with the available dates for the setup. You choose the time that suits you.

    Schedule your installation appointment.
    Use our scheduling tool to book your installation at a time when an adult will be available at your service address. An installation appointment can take as little as five (5) minutes if everything is fine and the cable connection is functional. Just keep in mind that it can take up to two (2) hours if work is necessary or if you chose the VIP installation.

    When you order a new Fizz internet plan online,
    you must scheduled an apointment with the technician who will check the signal of your connexion and bring you the modem.
    You have to choose a date and an hour for the apointment
    It can take around 5 to10 days to get this appointment for your installation.
