I returned my modem, but i received an e-mail saying they havent received it
Hi ! I cancelled my service 3 weeks ago and took the modem to the nearest Canada Post with the code i was given, and everything seemed correct. A day ago i received an email saying Fizz had not received the modem yet. Is there anything i should do to avoid getting charged?

Contact the support, since poste canada has delayes
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7
