how do I keep my internet plan since my roomate moved (the internet was under their name)?

My roommate moved. Our Fizz internet plan was under her name. How can she transfer it to me?
If it's impossible, how can I still have the internet if she has to cancel it before I can get an appointment for a new plan? I don't wanna wait 2 weeks for my new modem to arrive. Is it possible for her to cancel her plan but instead of sending back her modem, I take her modem with a new plan right away?

    You need to contact the support in order to do the switch correctly

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
