Is Home Internet Down July 7th?

Is anyone experiencing a residential internet outage?
On several devices I am unable to browse the web.
Connected to the modem with a cable, I am able to trace route and PING www.google.ca, but I am unable to browse the internet.

Try to turn off the modem for 5 minutes
