Pending referral - billing issue?

Hi people,
I am new to fizz and had a referral. after one month of usage, I was supposed to obtain my referral tomorrow as this is when my new cycle starts but 1. Fizz tried to bill me today and 2. my referral money is still pending.
Will I be able to pay my bill with my referral money?

The referral will be activated at your 2 payment and it will be used on your third payment

As said by Mike, you will be able on your 3rd payment after the activation of the referral code,

The referral code will be credited to you after the second payment and will be used the third month..

You have to wait for your third billing to see the referral rebate (for you, but even for the person who referred you). You should see it on your 3rd invoice.
