I need the number to dial to get the balance of my plan

    Fizz does not have a number to dial, you need to check on line

    Hi,
    You can check your usage by logging into your account and go to My plans - See usage.
    Unfortunately, there is no shortcode available for Fizz so you cannot check your usage like that.

    Fizz is 100% online.
    You can check it if you log you to your Fizz account.

    Hi Pierre.
    Fizz doesn't have a number like virgin or others companies to check the account balance.
    You can look online in your account dashboard to see your balance.
