Does Fizz allow 3rd party companies to add charges to your bill?

I recently heard of someone who got a big charge on their cell bill (from Rogers i think) because an app (that they don't even use) added a charge to their cell phone bill. To be clear this was not an app they even used (nor anyone in their family), it appears they were hacked somehow and the app added the charge to their bill. They can get around credit card safety nets by adding it to you cell bill, so it had me wondering if Fizz would ever allow this type of billing to happen? And if so, is there a way to turn this option off?

No, Fizz is all prepaid, so they just charge your plan in the begining of the period. If you want something more, you need to add money in your wallet, so if you don't, no worry. The same is true if you travel with your phone in another country, no 12$ a day ripoff like rogers.5
