You must do a factory reset
You can try to reset to original settings by pressing and holding for 20 seconds the small button on the back of your modem, with a pen or a paperclip.
Attention, you must redo the initial procedure using the default password that you can find in the back of the modem.
If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-fix-it
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Mokaccino2020,
If you want to do a reset of your modem,
Inset a pin 35, 40 seconds (20 seconds is not enough) into the reset button located back in the center of your modem.
Released it after and wait 3, 4 minutes until you see the lights of your modem coming back.
If your computer is connected with an ethernet câble, you will see on the screen:
Easy connect.
Please, types twice the factory default password (designated back of the modem).
Your internet connexion will be functional again.
Reconnect all your devices on your wi-fi.1
