Will my modem be shipped to the adress where I live (which is where i want it) or the adress linked to my credit card (which is 3 hours away from where i live lol)?

The modem will be at your home at the same place you will be using the internet.

On the date of installation, the technician will bring the modem to your home.

The modem/router will be shipped to the address you have in folder and not the credit card address. The technician will deliver it to your door. If you need to add notes to the folder for the technician just contact a fizz rep.

It will be shipped to your home, the place where you'll be using the Internet, by a technician on the day of your appointment. Your presence is required so there's no way that they ship it somewhere else.
