for two years sombody from fizz did set my account now i need to update my credit card i can't find my account

    Very strange situation, you must contact the support to check with them

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Hi you would have to contact support as this is bot commin at all. Reach tehm via chat from 8am to 9pm. Good luck
