GRPS network?

I'm embarassed to be asking this question, as I'm sure it's probably a very simple answer... but can someone please tell me if Fizz's sim cards are on the/a GPRS network? I'm a soon-to-be single mom, and know next to nothing about technology. I'm getting my pre-teen a lil' tracker smart watch for his birthday, and need a sim card for it. For it to work, the website says it needs to be on a GRPS network... can someone please advise me on this? Thank you!

    Sorry but GPRS is 2G, fizz supports 3G and 4G technology
