I forgot my wifi password can i change it from my account or something???

Hi Marie-France,

You need to do a factory reset by pressing and holding for 10 seconds the small button at the back of your modem, with a pen or a paperclip.

Marie-France,
I suggest you to do a reset of your modem.
Insert a needle 35, 40 minutes into the reset button located back in the center of your modem.
Released the button after. Wait 3,4 minutes the see the lights coming back of your modem.
If your computer is connected with an ethernet câble to the modem, you'll see on the screen:
Easy connect
Types twice the factory password located back of your modem.
Your wi-fi network is fonctional again.
Reconnect all your equipments on your wi-fi network with this password.
