How to communicate with the technician?

I have an appointment for the installation with an fizz technician and I need a coax outlet and cable for the internet because I don’t have one in my house. Today, the COVID made us to not contact the technician directly and the technician will just drop my modem in front of my door. How do I communicate with the technician to let him know that I need a coax outlet and cable for the fizz internet? Please give me an answer?

    you must contact the support to let them know, and plan a new appointment

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    In your case i suggest to contact a fizz rep. Fizz support can add notes to your folder so the technician will see it.

    Hi Sactthegig, if you still have problems you will have to contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by opening this link https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service.
