Technician cuts my old internet?

I have booked an appointment with a fizz technician to install my home internet and I just looked in the Community that Someone was installing his home Internet And his technician cut off his neighbour’s Vidéotron internet. I have a neighbour with a Vidéotron internet and I have a bell internet. I wonder if the technician will cut the internet of my neighbour, would he do it? Also, I want to keep my bell internet and my fizz internet ( I don’t mind paying two bills), will he cut off my bell internet while installing my fizz internet? Please give me an answer.
