Possible to get the modem faster than delivery time? Go pick it up yourself?

I was wondering if it's possible to come pick-up the modem/router by myself, without having to wait the 2 weeks delivery time? I work from home and just moved in. If it's possible, it'd be awesome.

Non you cannot, the modem is brought by a technician, he needs to test the cable signal if you already have or he will install the cable

Sadly you can't but I do recommend checking everyday if earlier appointments become available.
To view your Fizz technician appointments:
Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
Click on Appointments.
Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
You will also be able to reschedule and cancel future appointments.

Sorry, you can't.
It's the technician who will bring you the modem, install a câble if it's necessary and check your signal.

No you can't, the router is stored in the Videotron Building, and the technician need to check the SNR & dbmV signal from the cable for your router, to assure the internet will properly work.
