If I need to temporarily relocate to another province for a few months, would it be feasible to keep my Fizz account active?

Hi Simon,

Max is 3 months. Fizz is owned by Quebecor, so they share the same cell towers with Videotron. If you are outside of Quebec and Ottawa area, you are considered to be roaming. You can use roaming services while you are travelling or visiting family. However you cannot do it for longer than 3 months.
If you are relocating for more than 3 months, Fizz recommends that you change to another cell provider.
