Mobile reactivation process?

I understand that if an account was dormant for a while, it can be reactivated. However, the link to Reactivate in the FAQ doesn't appear to work. Is there another link to the reactivation page, or would you have to go thru the standard Activate my SIM page, or just contact support?

    If it doesn't work, maye try a different Web browser. If still no luck, check with Fizz support on chat. Welcome back!

    On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.

    To reactivate your account,
    Please, be sure, First, to be connected to your Fizz account.
    Or change your browser, it's supposed to work.

    Fizz can reactivate your account by providing your details.
    In your case i suggest to contact a fizz rep by clicking on the green chat bubble available in your account dashboard, or by joining a rep by facebook under the name Fizz.

    Hi Ben, you can try reactivating it in your account. Otherwise contact the support then by chat from 8am to 9pm
