Why is my VIsa Debit being declined?

I am trying to purchase my SIM with a Visa Debit card and it’s being repeatedly declined. Have checked the address is identical to the bank’s records. It asks for a name as it appears on the card, but my card doesn’t have a name printed on it. Any tips? I’m about ready to give up and go with Koodo.

    Hi Rebecca,

    Try using the exact name that appears on your banking record (statement or account).

    Note that if you try too many times, you will receive an error message. Then you will need to contact Fizz support for help to reset/unlock your Fizz account.
