Hi Stephane-Andre, Everything should be done automatically once fizz goes live.. no subscription to cancel and you can transfer your hold phone number. If you want to be sure about it, you can always contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service. Good Luck, they will be able to help you ! !5

Stephane-Andre,
Before the activation of your Fizz plan, you need to keep active your actual plan with Bell.
Just, order a sim card or buy it at Couche-Tard (please, verify the availibity on your area.
Activate it, choose your plan and transfert your phone number by Fizz at this moment (you need to get your Bell # account).
Be aware to have your phone unlock.
Fizz will do the transfert and you'll get a final invoice from Bell.
Enjoy your Fizz experience!7 -
No it's not a transfer. You need to cancel yourself.6

Hello Stéphane André,
If you're talking about a mobile plan, it will be cancelled automatically when your number is transfered.
For home internet, you'll have to cancel your subscription when the new provider is installed.
Have a good day !5 -
