Why can't I connect to the modem's GUI?

Hi ! I've just connected the modem and set everything up fine. The only problem is that when I try to access 192.168.0.1 (or 1.1) on any of my devices, I can't. I get an error saying that the page is unavailable. I've tried rebooting the modem and I also tried a factory reset. I tried on the WiFi as well as by connecting an ethernet cable. So now I ran out of ideas !

Hi Julian, you will have to contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service.
