    Yes if you have a Canada plan or an addons
    Do not forget to enable the data roaming

    Yes, your plan is supposed to get well if you have the Canada coverage.
    Please, dont forget to enable data roaming on your phone

    Yes, it should work if you have the Canada coverage (not only Quebec).
    And enable the data roaming to access internet.
