why the technician has not come yet ? it is 11:32 AM , it was supposed he come between 7:3 AM to 12

    Hi Yadollah, you will have to contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service. Good Luck, they will be able to help you ! ! :)

    I hope that your technician has finally bring your modem and checked the signal of your connexion.
    If he doesnt come today.
    After 20 hours of the delay of your installation, you'll be obliged to re-scheduled a new appointment and do it online.
    First, Connect to your Fizz account.
    Click on: My plan (internet)
    Click on: Manage my plan
    Click on: Apointment
    Click on: Re-schedule, (choose a proposed date and hour for the installation).
    Click on: Save the changes
