nonexistent address

I want to register for fizz but my address is nonexistent because it is a new house. what am i doing? thank you.

    You can try to contact the support to validate with them the right procedure

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    You need tocontact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 about your registration.
    First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    Then, search a FAQ
    Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session begins with Fizz.

    Log into your Fizz account.
    Make your way to the Solution Hub.
    On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
    Our business hours.
    The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.

    If you have Videotron infrastructure in your area, Fizz is available too. You should contact support to add your address to their repertoir. Messenger works best for me.

    Hi jade,
    Ths is mostly because your home address is NOT in Videotron's database address for service.
    Best options , contact either Fizz or Videotron to ask them to put your address in their system to be able to order services!
    P.S. Videotron network can be present in any area but not yet in the DB, especially since you are saying it is a new house.
