Fizz Modem/Router in Bridge mode: Not forwarding ports?

Hello people!
I just subscribed to Fizz Internet and got installed on friday. I did set my modem in bridge mode as I have another full featured router/set of APs. Everything works correctly EXCEPT that the Fizz Modem seems to block incoming tracffic even in bridge mode. I tried to enable IP Passthrough to the port I use (it's pretty much the only setting available in bridge mode...) without any success.
I know my own routeur is OK because it worked perfectly for years with my previous ISP. Firewalls and forwarding on my own router is all OK but still can't reach my router from the outside...
Is anyone using it in bridge mode and able to reach from the outside? Did you have to do any special configuration?
Thanks!

Make sure to restart both modem and router after changes.9 -
Hello Fizzy,
As said in my initial post, my modem is in bridge mode (Residential gateway disabled) so this option is not available.
The only setting available, other than changing the password, is IP Passthrough, which I tried and did not fix the issue.
Please take time to read the posts instead of rushing to answer for points.9 -

Hi Joe,
Please make sure to restart both modem and router after changes.
The only other suggestions I can offer are:
- Do a factory reset of the Fizz modem. Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds before trying again.
- Test using the Fizz modem/router only. See if the port forwarding works using only the Fizz combo device.
- Just to be sure there is no issue with your router, can you test it with someone else's internet?9 -
