Can the internet modem be moved to out of province for a trip? I.e. Ontario to Nova Scotia

Going on a trip to Nova Scotia in a few months and want to bring my Fizz Internet with me ( I am in Ontario). Can I do this? Or would I get charged roaming???

    I guess the best solution would be to get a 20gb monthly canada sim for 75 bucks a month and setup a hot spot in my room?

    Yes only for the mobile activate the 20Go, 2 months in advance and you will get a good rollover, remember you cannot use for more the 3 consécutif months

    Hi Dog,

    No you cannot move your home internet modem elsewhere.
    It will not work outside of the Fizz/Videotron service area (which is Quebec and part of Ottawa).

    Yes if you are temporarily travelling, subscribing to Fizz mobile plan is an excellent option.
